Total misunderstanding and wrong information from the reception to the point that the technician told not to come in for my service. Blaming me it’s my fault for spending my money for brakes service that I dont know about. Dont value the customer just the money

Very friendly and accommodating Service department! They are very informative polite and are very speedy in assessing any service needed and getting the work done! I sat and waited for a couple recalls to be done on my RVR and they have a comfy waiting area WiFI and an industrial Keurig coffee machine Haha. Each member that I spoke to were extremely kind and helpful. Thank You Southside Mitsubishi

Courtney is an awesome service representative. Went In for a oil change normal maintenance. It was also time for a rear rotor and break pad change. Mitsubishi always delivers top notch service and only recommends services you need. We purchased our 2016 outlander privately but do all maintenance at Southside Mitsubishi. The only reason this is not a five star as my expectations are high and my standards are a bit elite.

Not the best dealer I have been to. Though I was told the Volkswagen Atlas I bought comes with one key, they told me they would get me an extra key. Weeks after I purchased the vehicle I kept calling them for the extra key they talked about, but every time I call they sounded like they never said such thing. I realised later the whole thing was just to make me think I would get one. They did not mean it.

If you are looking to buy a car, talk to Chase. He's great. He cares about establishing a good rapport and making a deal that will make you happy. Mitsubishi makes solid vehicles, and the lot has a great selection of nice used options.The sales managers on the other hand, feel their need to insert themselves into the process and mess it all up. They will treat you with disrespect and show flagrant disregard to the conversation you have had with Chase before that point. They will use tried-and-true sales tactics to pressure you into a sale while answering any disagreement with dismissal and condescension. As an ex-salesman, I have no idea why someone who didn't establish ANY rapport with the customer would walk over and try to close the sale.Mitsubishi makes a great product, and Chase is a great sales guy. Just take my advice - if one of the managers sit down with you, tell them to go away.

Bought my second car here, great experience with Aaron Glena, but then a very poor experience with the finance dept (used the cost difference in the interest rate to try to make extended warranty package look cheaper). Let that slide since the rest of the experience was okay. Then, referred my Girlfriend there, asked about referral bonus, was told there was one, and that they would reach out "when it was ready". Followed up after 2 months, no response. Again a month later, no response.

Was helped out by a salesman named Liron, great guy. It was my first big purchase this week and he went above and beyond to help me get into a vehicle I loved. When I was denied at a few other dealerships due to credit issues he assured me he’s be able to get me back on track. Management and finance was also great. Will be going through South Side Mitsubishi in the future. 👍🏼

Like any dealer, they're going to charge you more than a standard mechanic. I have taken my car there for the majority of its services and for the most part, they have been satisfactory. Recently had a check engine light come on for an oxygen sensor which they would not replace unless I also replaced the catalytic converters. $100 sensor, $2200 cats. I declined. Took it in later out of desperation because it wouldn't start. They did a $265 fuel system service. The CEL hasn't come on again. Car runs better and it sure doesn't seem like the cat's needed to be done...

This rating is based on everyone at the dealership seeing that I was comfortable with the purchase of the Outlander. I recently picked it up and was of course impressed with the amount of paper work that goes into purchasing a vehicle. It was made a simple and efficient as possible. Sam the financing manager and Barry the Sales Manager were pleasent to work with. My sales rep Dani was good. The test of time will be if they provide good warranty service and timely response to any concerns. My choice of Mitsubishi is that I believe the product is as good as any. My Outlander has very good toys and is an actual 4 wheel drive. It is more solidly built than it looks. It feels solid like any medium sized body on frame SUV. The price was super competitive with the other big Japanese brands.

First off, I bought my car, used, in Calgary. My Air Conditioning broke down on my way to Edmonton. I called Southside because it was the closest to where I was staying, and I am happy it was the closest. The service department worked hard within the confines of warranty, dealing with the dealership in Calgary, and still dealing with the other costumers they had that day, to get me on the road. The best costumer service I have received in a really long time. Especially, since I didn't even buy the car from them. Thank you Courtney for caring enough to deal with all the paperwork and phone calls to fix my car. All this with a smile and friendly attitude. Great experience buying a new car here. Liron was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and very helpful overall throughout the process. Luiza was very clear with the available options on things like warranties and a few extras, and I never thought anyone there was pushing too hard to oversell versus helping me line up what I actually wanted. I'd buy from them again, and would definitely recommend them over any other dealership I've dealt with.

The salesperson I dealt with, Aaron Glena has been at Southside Mitsubishi since it opened 17 years ago, and you can tell! Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, he is far from pushy, but you can tell he stands 150% behind the product he is selling.I would recommend the new lines of Mitsubishi, the Southside Mitsubishi dealership, and Aaron Glena specifically to anyone looking for a great deal on a quality vehicle!

I am a first time owner of an Outlander 2018 (bought about 6 months ago from me writing this review). - Cannot say enough good things about the folks in the Service Department, and also the dealership in general (including reception). - Fast, efficient, polite, value conscious and attentive to your needs. - Excellent use of their website and through digital means to book appointments and also to see and archive service records online through Mitsubishi Canada. Kudos to all the staff at Southside Mitsubishi. I hope this review gets read by the owner so she/he can realize that staff are doing a good job at the dealership.
